It looks like plenty of America's cash crops are on there, regardless of how healthy they really are for us (like canola and soy). Use caution with these new pyramids.

I'd rather have soy on there than 6 servings of bread. What kind of BS was that?

Soy contains lots of plant estrogens. It's gotten enough negative press to keep me away from it.

Also heard about the old food pyramid being tossed out, now the new one's about the "serving size/calories" not how many servings of each type of food everyday. Which I may say is the smarter way to go about dieting, specially for our future children.

That's true, but parents "should" control children's diets... I mean just make a note of what food they're "allergic" to lol. That's what my cousin is currently doing, I mean his children was healthy... very healthy. They dont eat out unless it's Italian, subs, or chinese food but that's like once a week if any.
