View Full Version : I need help with fitting in 6 meals into my day.

I am 15 years old 5'7'' and 125lbs. I'm going to start bulking soon so I shall be taking creatine, protein shakes, and multivitamins. I am going to try to have 6 meals a day. I wake up at 5 A.M. and go to sleep at 9 P.M.

Should I eat Total cereal as my first meal of the day with some wheat bread and skim milk?

I think I could fit the second and third meal at school. The second and third could be lean lchicken breasts cut up into tiny pieces and wheat bread cut up into tiny pieces with some veggies? I think at school I'll stick with water huh?

The 4th, 5th, and 6th meal would be at home. I guess the 4th meal would be when I get home from school and that could be a tuna sandwich with some veggies or something? Should I take the 5th and 6th meal after a workout?

When should I take the creatine, protein, and multivitamins?
