FIgured I'd post the rest of my cut here..

My overall goals are to complete my cut. I have already gone from 244-245 down to 227-228lbs over a couple months. I know I wasnt doing everything right. But I am trying to fix that now.. I didnt eat nearly enough and I think it slowed my body down.

The diet is going to be pretty much no carbs pre workout..carbs/protein during the day in sane amounts and back to low carbs at night.. obviously right? My workout is going to be weights 3x week for now.. with harder cardio 3x, milder cardio3x and MMA training + kettlebells, bodyweight stuff, etc thrown in.

At the start of this cut myweight is 228
... abdomen is about 42"(used to be 45")
Waist is about 41 (used to be closer to 45)..
..and I am 6 feet 1/2inch tall 28 year old male.
arms: 16.5"
neck: 16"
^should be enough to asses my LBM gains since I will lose alot of fat on legs, ass, chest.

Pics will be posted at the end..the worst before and the before today..to after.

Now I used to be a big dude.. so I actually expect to put on plenty of lean body mass during at least half of the cut as long as my nutrition is good and everything is kosher..my arms are nearly 2" smaller than they used to be lol..just saying.

My supplement list..
activate xtreme - test support
Lean xtreme new and improved
MAN vaporize
waiting to get my trans resveratrol caps in at 325mg a peice
multi vites
VArious anti oxidents.. like Quercertin, ester C, etc at random doses
B vites, general health stuff

SO here I go.. going to start today off witha shake, my main supps and a long hike, stretch and some bag work before I go to work tonight and hit legs tommorow.

Today.. hike 1:08 thats it lol.

I have to go to BJJ in the morning then to lift, etc.

Diet was good today.

Hey sorry..was feeling pretty sick for a few days there..

Back on the hizorse.

Gonna go to the bank,eat, hike, eat then to the gym, eat then to MMA tonight.

So far today..

hike=21"
Run: easy 2 miles..18:15
weighted crunches 15lbs/25..22.5lbs/20
rear neck 2x12
Db swings 35/15..50/15
grips..100's
10" arc trainer (like elyptical)
dips 2x 10/6(wide).. used to be able to do 35+ lol
Inverted rows wide then narrow 2x10

I actually had a great workout yesterday..
10 arc trainer
2.5m easy run..23:30
10 bike
5 row
10 walk

explosive training with lighter weights bench,deadlift,machine bench.goodmrnings,side neck and grip

But then I got drunk lol..no beer tho :) resting today till later after work I will probably go for a walk to relax. Back to the gym tommorow
