Hello,

Well its time I make a 'blog' about my fatloss to keep me motivated!

Well im quite overweight 264 lbs and around 22-25% BF and yea im 190cm height (will check my BF tonight/tomorrow)

My goals are to get down to 220 lbs before the year end and ill be happy with 18% BF or less. Its gonna be hard but im sure I can pull that off :P

My diet will be quite simple gonna try keep it around 2000-2200 cals per day.
Im going cheat as little as I can >< maybe once per 2 weeks or so


my suppls gonna be:

100% whey
casein
multi vit

I'll take split program

monday: chest, bicep, tricep
wednsday: leg day
friday: shoulders, back
And in the end of every session ill do 15-20 m?n cardio on the treadmill

OFF days ill do ~1 hour cardio

heres a pic I took last week.
Might add some new pics tonight after my cardio :)

Welcome to the blog section, you might look into keto or the v-diet if your looking to lose 44 lb's in a couple months. It's doable with a normal diet but probably would go easier with one of those two. Anyways, good luck with your goals.

did 1 hour cardio, jogging and HIIT on the treadmill also did some mins on the bicycle.
Feeling kinda good today, i ate clean and are looking forward to see some progress!

I went on the scale and it said 261 lbs! thats 3lbs lost since last week.

Good start! :)

The workout:
10 min joggin on treadmill

Leg Extensions:

Squads:
110x10

Leg press:
264x30
264x30
264x30

Calf raises:
155x20
165x20
165x20

Leg curl:
66x15
66x15
66x15

Did some abs execises also!

Finished with 10 min walk/jog on the treadmill.

My diet is clean and im happy! woho

Did cardio this morning, just regular on the treadmill.

+ Im off for the weekend out of city so I think i wont going to the gym:/.. I think its gona me massive cheat weekend but ill try keep it clean diet! :D
