i'm starting the velocity today.
weigh in at 255 lbs.
so far

2 capsule of hot rox extreme

shake #1 3tb of natty pb and flaxseed meal
2 scoop of metabolic drive

shake #2 3tb of flaxseed meal
2 scoop of metabolic drive
workout

5x5 flat bench
5x5 incline bench
5x5 pullover
20 pullups
5x5 bent over rows
5x5 deadlifts
walked 2 miles at 3.3 mph with 3.0 incline

2 level scoop of surge

2 capsule of hot rox extreme

shake #3 2tb of flaxseed meal
2 scoop of metabolic drive

shake #4 2tb of flaxseed meal
2 scoop of metabolic drive

shake #5 2tb of flaxseed meal
2 scoop of metabolic drive

Measure your waist and thighs with some measuring tape then report back. These measurements are far better than weight when it comes to progress. Good luck with this diet!

5'11" i got pics but i want to post the coparison after the 28 days. as for bf% i don't know how to measure it.

waist is 40.5" and thighs is 27"

Hey man, way to go... you've got a good diet set-up and good exercise program! How many Calories a day are you doing? What is your Bodyweight?

ran the treadmill at 5.5 mph for about 5 min. and started to get a cramp on both of my thighs. so gotta stop

Diet looks good, workout looks good. Good luck bro, this is tough the first few days but it gets much easier as time goes on. and the results are well worth it.

-8 lbs.
yeah I pretty much know its water weight but i'm still happy.
oh yeah the first few days is really hard but it seems a little better now after I know I lost some weight.
