I was curious i get kinida hungry around 830-9pm im just done with my cardio, is there a lil something i can snack on thats ok? peanuts,protein shake, something small?

Yes, especially if your bulking. I wouldnt hold back from nuts just make sure you get your protein.

Cottage Cheese would be ideal.

Whoa, DEFINITELY eat something post cardio. Protein and carbs, 3-1 to 4-1 ratio of carbs to protein. Work the calories into your diet for the day.

i think those ratio's are a little extreme, those ratio's are used for endurance athlete's after 1-2+ hours of exercise, not a bodybuilder doing 45mins of cardio
