OK, I?ve been working out and eating healthy now for 6 months. I?ve lost 3 inches off my waist. But, now my weight loss has stopped for about 4 weeks now. Stuck at 208lbs from 235.

I started in EC stack almost 2 weeks ago, it helps but I need to do something to break through this plateau.

So, I?ve begun the Velocity Diet.

Will taking my EC stack be too risky along with the Velocity Diet eating plan? My workout will be Muscle and Fitness 12 week program in the OCT 2007 issue.

Thoughts?

What is your diet like? If your diet is wrong will you stop seeing gains. I can tell you that from experience.

No it wont :)
Your meant to take a thermogenic like EC or Hot Rox during the V-Diet, i take it at 9,12 and 3 in the afternoon. Anytime after 5 your in danger of being up later than usual :)
Gl with it

Tom! This is exciting, there are so many of us doing this diet. I just started my V-diet 2 days ago. If you follow the link in my Sig, you can see exactly what I am using.

Have you read the original articles? I can give you the link, if you want.

Here are some thoughts:
1. Your Calories may be a bit high. Using Chris Stuggart's formula's you should have 1500 Calories on Non-workout days, and 1800 Calories on workout days.

2. Typically there is no solid foof in a V-diet, except for one meal a week, but I can't think of a better food than salmon to eat, so that will hopefully not throw you off.

3. I mix Flax Meal in with My shakes, and get a bunch of calories from that. I bought this stuff
http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/now/golden.html
And I really like it!

4. I don't know much about BCAAs, but I am sipping 13g per workout. I think it is best to use them before, during and after your workout, and it is good to 10g-30g depending who you talk to.

5. Chris (Who developed the diet), now reccommends adding a tablespoon of natural Peanut Butter each night, to balance out your fats. This is a good deal, if you like peanut butter. =)

Finally - good luck - it sound like you are at a perfect place to do this diet!
I wish you all success.

Thanks Mutch!
---------------

I started this eating program and the Muscle and Fitness Ripped in 12 weeks program last Thursday 9/6. I?ve lost 4 lbs so far in about a week! I also just bought 34? pants from 36? that I?ve been stuck at for 6 months! I?m ? of the way there! 15 lbs to go!

The workout program is TOUGH! I haven?t lost any strength and plan on keeping that way!

WOOO HOOO!

Pics to follow after my program on 10/6/07!

Good luck man, also don't forget to factor in your calories from BCAA's. I know xtend has close to 50calories per serving even though it says 0.
