Well I have started lifting seriously about Aug and although I feel I have gotten stronger I think my diet has been hindering my gains.

About me:
Age: 22
Height: 6'3
Weight: 211 lbs
bodyfat: prob around 18%

I have tried to make a recommended dite of 5-6 small meals a day...Ive plug this into fitday.com and I am way under for the 1 g of protein per lb. Please help

7:40 am - Muesli with raisins, dates, and almonds (I add quaker oats to this)

12:00pm - Chicken Sandwich (grilled chicken, letturce, tomatoe, peppers)

3:00pm - Small Tuna Salad / Turkey Sandwich

6:00pm - Big meal - Chicken Cutlet, Potatoes, Pickles

7:30pm - Workout

8:40pm Protein Shake (whey protein w/ milk)

10:00pm - Turkey/Tuna sandwich or Shredded wheat cereal

12:30 - sleep

7:40 am - Muesli with raisins, dates, and almonds (I add quaker oats to this)

ADD SOME PROTEIN LIKE 6 EGG WHITES OR A SCOOP OF WHEY. ALSO LOSE THE RASINS AND DATES...THEY ARE NOT THE BEST FRUIT.

12:00pm - Chicken Sandwich (grilled chicken, letturce, tomatoe, peppers)

3:00pm - Small Tuna Salad / Turkey Sandwich

HAVE A LARGE SALAD...MORE CALORIES.

6:00pm - Big meal - Chicken Cutlet, Potatoes, Pickles

7:30pm - Workout

8:40pm Protein Shake (whey protein w/ milk)
YOU NEED CARBS POST-WO. ADD SOME OATS.

10:00pm - Turkey/Tuna sandwich or Shredded wheat cereal
IF YOU JUST HAVE THE CERAL YOU NEED MORE PROTEIN. ALSO ADD SOME HEALTHY FATS TO THIS MEAL LIKE RAW ALMONDS OR NATTY PB.

12:30 - sleep

your diet doesnt look to bad but on a couple of the meals , try eating vegetables or anything with fiber. Seriously , when i started eating vegetables and all that fiber i felt better and i dropped some bodyfat as well

I have the same problem with the diet plan, but one thing I'd suggest is changing your sleeping pattern.. A healthy sleeping time is around 8 hours, and assuming you don't get up and 10 minutes later start cooking, you get around 6 and a half-ish? Sleep is vital for for muscle repair and growth. Don't skip out on it. :)
