Should i do Cardio right after lifting weights? or can i just do it when ever i want and see the same fat burning results?

This has been debated back and forth many many times and i have yet to find a clear winner. Do it when you can and when it feels best to you. Personaly I like to do it on non lifting days or if possable I try and keep some time between it and lifting. I figure my body needs everything it can get to grow and more muscle = more fat burning power. Your results my very.

after lifting and in the morning right after you woke up on empty stomach

have a whey shake directly after ur weightlifting session and do ur cardio.
try doing cardio first thing in the morning for while and monitor ur progress and do the same for cardio post-weight training and u decide.
what work for u may not work for other, its a game of trial and error
