well i started today and day1 is almost complete.
im drinkin 4 or 5 protien shakes a day and using skim milk with most of them
and with each shake im taking fish oil pills and a fiber pill.
and one or two multis a day
and of course im drinking tons of water.

im 5'9'' and about 158 with 15-20% BF.
goal is to be in the 145 range at the end of this.

i dont really lift weights but i do roll jiu jitsu almost everyday and thats what i consider my strength program.
for cardio i run for 20min at 5 or 6mph
then do sprints at 10mph
kickboxing for cardio as well
i ususally do my cardio everyday unless im really not up for it or somthin.

ill keep this updated as i go along.

Good Luck I just started the diet today. I plan to follow your thread. We can get though this together.

From what I have read, I wouldn't use skim milk with the protein shakes. Use cold water. Just a possible suggestion.

well day 2 is almost done and as far as having any cravings for food its not so bad, the only thing thats bothering me is my energy is a little low and ive had a headache all day. im hoping thats just due to my body adjusting to this dramatic change in diet.
im gonna weigh myself tmmrw morning, im not really expecting much of a change tho

day4 is almost over, im down to 155, and im suprised that it is getting alot easier. yesterday i dunno if u wanna call this cheating but i had one bite of potato salad. im not gonna weigh my self over the whole weekend and weigh in on monday morning. ill update again then.
