I'm 235lbs, and 31.5% bf (UGH!). I am trying to cut down to as close to 220 as I can in 9 weeks, as I'm trying to break a deadlift record in the 220 weight class for my age, in the APA. If I can't make it, I'll use Ryan Kenelly's dehydration method, but I wanna lose weight anyways, and will still be trying after the comp.

How does my diet look?

7:15
-4 egg whites on 2 pieces of wholewheat toast
-skim milk

11:15
-tuna on whole wheat
-cheese

3:00
-turkey on whole wheat

5:30
-tuna patties (2 cans of tuna) on whole wheat bread (open faced)
-milk w/ whey

8:00
-cheese



All that equates to:
1977 cals
34g fat
261g protien
160g carbs


Think I can attain my goal (219-225) in 9 weeks? If not, what can I do to help me attain my goal?

you definitely need to replace all that bread withsomething else... whole wheat bread is ok, but it shouldnt be your main carb source, i'd personally keep it to 1-2 slices a day. Sub in oats/brown rice/potatoes etc for a better variety of sources.

POTATOS! I forgot about potatos! I can't stand oats or rice though, that's why I have all the bread.

Why would it be bad to have the bread for my carbs though?
