hey everyone, and I was reading on simple carbs pre workout, during and after....This is what Nutrient Timing and John Beradi recommend

I was just curious What everyone's take on this?

I am not talking about BCAA or anything like that just carbs?

Is there merit to carbs like that?

What is the purpose?

Has anyone ever tried that approach?

i always combine them with bcaa or protein.

i understand that but what about the carbs themselves...whats the purpose behind having them pre during and then again post?
