View Full Version : Diet for next 2-3 weeks.

Breakfast:
1/3 cup of oatmeal
1/3 cup of blueberries
1/6 cup of skim milk
cup of egg whites
2tsp of splenda
1liter of water


Meal 2
Sandwhich
2 slices of rye bread
3 slices of baked turkey
3 pickels
1 slice of FF cheese
Some sprouts
Mustard

Meal 3
1 chicken breast breaded (still working on the breaded recipe)
Some waldens BBQ
Some waldens CEASER DRESSING
Some romaine lettuce

Meal 4
PWO BAR ( oatmeal/whey/skim milk/ff pudding)

Meal 5
1 chicken breast
4 cups of green beans
can of mushroom soup

Meal 6
1 cup of FF cottage cheese


I am running short on cash, and I just bought about 50 chicken breasts. I will be adding my chilli into the diet again in 3 weeks.

I am wondering if you guys have any suggestions? I will add maybe 2 peices of fruit in there depending when I am hungry.

I will wait for suggestions before I calculate the calories etc..

then I like to shake things up...
maybe put some chilli in there, or some stir fry
who knows what i will come up with in 3 weeks.

Looks okay. Check out the PWO shakes with whey/dextrose/maltodextrin. Also, go for grilled chicken in place of breaded on your salad. Overall looks pretty good.

yeah I guess no breaded chicken, it was going to be a healthy breading but it's too much hassle anyways ;)
