Hello. I was wondering if a bulking diet could be center around the post work out meal, which would be at 5. ALso how many calories should i intake per day when compared to me cutting diet (1950). Also I'm 6 feet tall and weight 174 pounds.

If you were losing 1lbs a week eating 1950 calories a day, then add 500 to that number and that would be your maintence amount of calories. If you wanna bulk you would have to add another 500(2950 calories total) and that would be the number of calories you would need to eat in order to gain 1lb per week. Having said that, don't start eating 1000 calories more over night. Add the calories slowly over a few weeks.
