I'll be taking my first dose of each on 3/18/05. I'll be using one bottle of each for one month. This is my first time using a ph or what ever Ergomax is... so I have fresh receptors and am expecting some freakish results since I gain well as it is. This will also be my first time taking CEE. All I've taken to date so far have been mono and products like V-12 and Creator which I didn't care for. I will prob. be adding in some NOW Taurine powder shortly after I start with these 3.

Here is what I'll be taking all together starting Friday:
hp whey (been using ahwile)
walgreens fish oil (been using ahwile)
hp ex multi (been using ahwile)
vitamin c (beein using ahwile)
ergomax
thunder
now zma

I'll also get some detailed stats about myself on Friday. Since I'm doing Thunder and Ergomax at the same time it won't be possible to distinguish where the gains are coming from. But we can assume most will prob. be coming from the ergomax. I'll be commenting about the pumps I get from the Thunder.

Here are my pics at the begining of this, I'll post the same poses after I'm done in a month.

Today I took the the recomended doses of both ErgoMax LMG and Omega Thunder. I'm also going to start using NOW ZMA for two months. I took an ErgoMax about an hour before working out and the Thunder about 30 minutes before working out. I also drank the sample Nectar Iced Tea (that came with order, its alright if you like iced tea...) during the workout.

The workout was a good one and I felt good. Usually I take at least 200mg of caffeine pre workout, so I felt good considering I didn't have my usual huge caffeine hype. I think I might hold off on the caffeine for ahwile to get better results with the Thunder.
Everything went as expected. No strength increases and no noticeable pumps out of the ordinary. This was the first day, so not much was expected anyways. Let me know if I'm forgetting something for a good log/review.

Yes, I'm doing 2 pills a day with a meal, as directed. I'm going to do a bottle of 6-oxo and some milk thistle pct. Also I'll be taking ZMA during and after the whole time.

No real pumps out of the ordinary that I wouldn't expect taking anything. No real strength gains. Everything went as it always has before all of this. This is only day 2 though! I can say that it seems my endurance may have gone up a pinch. This workout was on the long side, so I'm going to restructure my routine.

Also I have to mention that I took a 200mg caffeine pill about 1.5 hrs before touching the weights. It went like this:
2 hrs? before: breakfast
1.5 hrs before: 200mg caffeine
1 hr before: one ergomax
30 min. before: Omega Thunder

Took 200mg caffeine and 10mg ErgoMax about two hours before workout. Took serving of Omega Thunder about 30-45 minutes before workout. Noticed I felt pretty good from the Thunder about 30 minutes after taking it.

I was hard to tell what was from caffeine and what from Thunder, but I could feel a nice feeling from the Omega and a different kind of energy than I get from plain caffeine, it was ok...

Again, no real good pumps out of the ordinary. No noticable strenght increase either. Time will tell...

Felt real good during and after the workout. Tommorow is an off day.

Here is my new routine, so things are going to roll back a bit. It's maybe a little funky but it's designed around my schooling and work.

I think just maybe.. bulk CEE is going to be my new friend after I'm done with the Omega Thunder. I'm thinking my body needs more CEE or something! Again though, It's only day 3.

Just ordered some NAC and Liver to take during all of this. I also ordered some 6-oxo and Milk Thistle for after. Also I ordered some NOW Taurine powder. They should all be here on Wednesday. I'm curious to see what the Taurine will do added to the Omega Thunder. Anyone know how much of the NOW Taurine Powder I should use with the Thunder?

DAY 4:

Today was an off day. Woke up at 720am and took 10mg Ergomax and 8 caps of Thunder after breakfast. Started class at 9am, felt pretty good and energized from the green tea I drank and maybe the Thunder?

Took 2nd 10mg dose of Ergomax at 430pm today when I got home. Feel fatigued from long day. Off to work in one hour, prob going to drink large amount of black coffee before I go.

Triceps are still very sore from two days ago... Had a real good workout, hopefully theyll be nicely healed for tommorows arm workout. Soreness from leg workout 3 days ago finally subsided today.

DAY 5:
I forgot to weight myself today (maybe I can use a scale at work and edit in my weight for today, tonight). I'll try to weigh-in every 3 days. Thursday I'll be switching gyms to the college fitness center since my Gold's membership expires. At least the college gym is packed with newbies and hot girls so it makes me feel better (:

Today I took 10mg ErgoMax at approx. 930am and then another 10mg pwo at approx. 315pm. I also took the 8 caps Thunder pre workout. I'm still not noticing any good pumps! Nothing real amazing.. Its hard to tell if I'm even taking the Thunder, but I understand it sometimes takes up to two weeks to fully kick in... No huge bursts of energy or anything like that either, caffeine is better.

I threw in some pulldowns at the end of the workout. I felt really strong doing these and was going to do 230x8 but felt like more so I put it to 250 and hammered out 6-7 quality reps, which I've never done before with 250. I think the chest/shoulders/triceps day is going to be the best indicator for strenght increases.

Weighed myself at work today. I'm now 236lbs. Up 2.5lbs in 5 days! Assuming both scales are calibrated properly. I used a balance one at Golds and then I used a balance one at the clinic. From now on I'll be using the same scale.

DAY 6:

Off day. Didn't take any caffeine this morning but I took the 8 caps of Thunder before class. This way I could better tell what it was doing.

Didn't give me much of a kick like pure caffeine or coffee does. But it does give me a very mild sense of euphoria, hard to notice, but I think it's there. I guess it made me feel kind of energetic, like it could help with a workout, hard to tell...

I've edited my shedule once again, becuase I don't like 2 days in a row off.

DAY 7:

Today I had only 6 hours of sleep and I need a min of 8 to feel good. I felt really crapy and had to wake up at 620am for an 8am lab. First time going directly from classes to the school fitness center, so preperation was diff. than usual.

I popped a 200mg caffeine pill about 1hr 15min before workout. About 20-30 minutes before workout I took my Omega Thunder, first time taking on a truly empty stomach.

Seems the empty stomach makes all the difference. While in the change room my face got really hot and itchy!! This must be the niacin symptoms everyone talks about! This was my first time experiencing this from the product. I looked in the mirror and my face was beat RED.

I felt absolutly horrible becuase I was so tired. I went in not expecting to lift as good and thats just what happened with the incline bench on the last set. Only a dissapointing 3 reps. I attribute this to the severe lack of sleep.

Every other exercise was the poundage I usually handle and I flew through them. I'm now going to increase weights for many lifts next thursday.

Considering how tired I was, I am pleased with the workout. I'd also like to say that I noticed pumps for the first time from the Thunder! I think this is becuase I actually took them on an empty stomach. I'd give the pumps 7/10 so far. Chest was fairly pumped.

One thing I also noticed is that I didn't want to stop working out! After the listed exercises above I just had to do some bicep work becuase I couldn't stop. I think this might have something to do with the Thunder endurance.

Tommorow I will be using 4 grams of NOW taurine powder in addition to the Thunder, 30 minutes before workout. I also have some melatonin that just came in so I'm determined to get a good sleep and see if I can get a true picture of strength increases once and for all.

DAY 9

OFF DAY. Chest and shoulders still extremely sore from two days ago... Recovery times have not improved. Back is tender from yesterday, but not as sore as chest/shoulders. I'm going to add 2 grams of bulk CEE to my Omega once it gets here on monday. 2.4 grams of CEE just isn't giving me what I want.

Also my appetite has been pretty bad the last 2-3 days. Maybe that's why it's a lean mass generator. Could be unrelated, don't know, becuase my ****tis also happens to be coming out of remition 1-2 days before I started this cycle.

Hey Kendog, my appetite has also gone down while on my 3rd week of lmg too.
I'm still increasing the amount of weight I'm lifting and up 7 lbs weight gained.

Might have to cut the cycle short though...

I'm trying to bulk, but the last few days have been a challenge to eat rice/potatoes which hasn't been an issue with me before. I'm sure I'll get it together soon.

hmm....i spose things work differently for different people, for me i started my first dose on a monday and the next day was my first workout day so i had 4 pills already, my weights skyrocketed from the previous week and my energy was phenomenal, didn't wanna leave the gym! also i'd monitor your blood pressure i've got hawthorn berry and it's ok but i just ordered some celery seed extract as it's getting to be annoying...i'm on day 13 of my cycle and i'm up 9 lbs. welp good luck man and great log!

This was a long psychotic workout lol. I completed my front squats after doing heavy leg presses. A month ago I would have had trouble doing the weights used for fronts if it was the first exercise, let alone after leg presses. Although I can't contribute the gains to anything out of the ordinary. The cables only go to 95lbs in this gym, which sucks.

Strength is a good as itís ever been.

I added 2.5 grams of bulk HP CEE in the morning. Seemed to help a lot with the pumps in addition to the Omega Thunder. Legs and arms both got pretty good pumps, I'd give the pumps an 8/10.

Off day. Nothing much happening. Going to take 3 grams bulk CEE instead of Thunder today.

I think my diet is good. But I'm going to try and increase the good carbs to see if I can get better gains since it seems everyone else is gaining around 10lbs in a month.

Weighed myself at work on two diff scales:
First scale: 235.5
Electric scale: 234.2

Average of two: (lol) 234.9lbs.

About as good as a workouts gonna get for me I think. Would have liked a better pump, maybe the NO I'll be taking in 4 weeks will help.

First time doing deads in about 1 month since my back/hips have been acting up a bit, they seemed to hold up and they still feel alright about 2 hours afterwards, have to wait and see.

Im still not sure I can attribute anything to the Ergomax or Thunder. Non of my gains are out of the ordinary progression I would expect without taking these. This is the halfway point so I'm guessing theyre already doing everything theyre going to do...

I'm guesing its becuase I'm so young and all my test levels were already so high from my training and diet that I was already peaked out. I wanted to see the the PH's were all about and ErgoMax seemed like a relatively safe choice to try.

I won't be using anymore PH's until I'm at least 25, or whenever I feel like I'm slowing down.

I took 10 grams of taurine pre workout and didnt notice anything. I'm guessing its one of those things that have no noticable effect, which I don't really like. I'm thinking my next workout I'm going to use 15 grams just to see what an extreme amount will do, then I'll be going back down to 4 grams pre wo.

yeah i think that this product is better for older people and does not affect a younger person as much. this is my 12th day on lmg and i have gained only 3 pounds. I think that i am getting a ton leaner though and think that on my next cycle(which will be a while) i will use it exclusively for cutting.

DAY 15 UPDATE:

I weighed myself at work today and it was weird. I used the same two scales as I did on DAY 13 and here what I got

Scale one: 239lbs
Electric Scale: 238lbs

Average of two: 238.5lbs!!!

Somehow I gained 3.6lbs in two days! Maybe the Erg is starting to kick in (L:

DAY 18:

OFF DAY.

My legs are not sore at all from yesterdays intense leg workouts. Usually they are sore for about 3 days.

Tonight I'm going to edit in my new weight.

Edit: I'm now exactly 240lbs. Up 6.5lbs since the start. It's already exceeded my expectations in terms of weight gain.

If I keep gaining so well I will. I might just do a real light cut in about 3 weeks to get down to around 12-15bf.

I was looking at some of your other posted pics and in exactly 2 years, you have put on 55 pounds. You put on 30 pounds in the last year. Amazing!

I still don't know where you're putting it. I'm bulked at 5'4" and 192 with all my measurements almost as big or bigger than yours. Your chest looks at least 6" bigger than 45". Your BF is about the same as mine. I'm clueless.

Yea I don't know, I guess it is kind of weird. Maybe I'm measuring wrong or the tape I'm using is bad. I didn't even realize it was 30lbs in a year, sounds good to me (: and that was all natural before now.

I'm not sure I like these PH type of things, it just seems too much like cheating, this will be my first and last time doing this, so after a while I can redeem myself as all natural (: As others and myself have noticed I seem to progress fine with the weight gain naturally anyways.

This morning I took 3.75 grams of CEE instead of the usual 2.5 grams. Seemed to make a difference with pumps and strength. Thursday I'm going to increase it to 5 grams of CEE in the morning in addition to the Thunder pre workout.

Are taking the thunder pre workout? If not you are missing out. Fourth week of pct from a 1ad/4ad cycle and todays workout I just broke all pr's on bench and arms that I set while on cycle. The pumps I get are awsome and the mental focus and endurance are just as good.

I take 8 pills with a small amount of food 30-40 min prior to working out.

Sorry edit to the redundent question, some reason I thought your last post said you were taking it post workout. I'll go get some glasses now :)

DAY 20

OFF DAY. I'm going to start taking creatine mono in addition to the CEE. I want to get rid of what I have left and am not concerned about bloat which I never noticed with mono anyways.

Today I took 2.5 grams of bulk CEE and 5 grams of creatine mono. During my workout days I'm going to start taking 3.75 grams of CEE, 5 grams of mono and then the Omega Thunder pre workout. And I'll still be taking 5 grams of taurine pre workout, for whatever it's worth.

Calves sore from yesterday. Abs just a little tender. Arms aren't sore at all.

Weight will be edited in tonight.

Edit: Weighed myself at 236.4. So I'm down 3.6lbs from a couple days ago, so strange.

Strength was excellent, especially on the db shoulder presses. Not sure what's up with the body weight fluctuations. Had some real good burns with the shoulders with the presses and laterals. Back at 240lbs again, hopefully Itll go up instead of down this time.

DAY 23:

OFF DAY. Took some ephedrine, caffeine, and yohimbe just to have a little fun. Should be good stuff for cutting in a few weeks. Took 2.5 grams CEE and 5 grams mono. I can say that I've made small size improvements on the arms and possibly some other parts, but I'll give the measures on day 28.
Going to 30mg per day. I'll be done in 4.5 days with results to report.

Strength on leg press went up a tad. Felt low on glycogen and the fronts were rough, but I got through them. Pretty good pumps, especially calves on walk to car. About 2 hours prior was 2.5 grams bulk CEE and 5 grams creatine mono. 400mg caffeine, 2 massive bark yohimbes, 4 grams Taurine, and 10mg ErgoMax about an hour before workout. 30 minutes prior was the Thunder. I'll get body weight tomorrow.

Now that I'm taking 30mg for the last four days I can notice the effects more. I keep getting erections that are hard to control in public places. It reminds me of when I was 12 or 13 going through puberty.

My legs are not sore whatsoever from the workout yesterday, which I think is crazy.

My new weight is: 241.4

Strength was really up. Didn't need assistance from spotter on cg bench. Took 10grams! of mono and 2.5 grams CEE in morning. Took the thunder and ergomax about 30 min before workout. I'll edit in new weight tonight.
Now the scale says 240 again. Not sure what is up with the dramatic up and downs on the weight.

Feeling alright... Tommorow comes the imfamous before-after pics. Tonight comes a weight update.

Took 30mg the last 3 days and 10mg tomorrow, then I'm done.

Before I forget, I'd also like to note that my abs are flexed in the first and second pics in order to see the body fat better.

Ok I weighed myself at 239 today, down from the high of 241.4...

Strength was excellent. Pumps were good. Took my last 10 mg of ErgoMax today and tonight I'm starting with my 600mg 6-OXO.

Waist: 40.5 (+-0)
Right Quad: 29 (+2) May have measured wrong at beginning.

Ok heres some before after pics... I look the same in every one. But I did gain weight and prob not all fat since my diet stayed pretty much the same.

I'll edit in my new weight tonight...

I'm done with my bottle of 6-oxo and will soon be trying out a bottle of Rebound XT.

My strength has not gone down and actually has continued to improve. Broke new barriers on the leg press the other day and surprised myself with squats.

My weight still remains at 239, so I didn't lose any weight. Everything looks good.

I'd like to note that my Omega Thunder ran out days ago and I thought it was a good product. I will be using bulk cee from here on out though, because it's cheaper.
