k..i m goin to maitain a general to track my progress and keep maself motivated ..current bf 20 % target bf 10% .... if nebody has ne suggestions or nething u wanna point out , pls do so ...

2day
i worked my biceps and shoulders ...dont rem much abt the weights ..next time i will rem ..did 20 mins cardio ..running and cycliong ,10 each ...muscle training for lke 1 hour plus 20 min cardio ...did not take proper diet ,tommorow on i will make sure to take proper diet...gym machine said 78.4 kg approx ...waotong for 2morrow ..most probabaly outdoor cardio for tommorow ...holiday in the gym ..uhhhhhhhhhhh

2day i dint i do ne exercise ..was more or less consistent with the diet plan ..2morrow i ll work my back for 50 mins and hit for 20 mins ...

2day i did back for like 45 mins and tried to do hiit on treadmill(15 mins) and cycle(10 mins)...forgot to weigh maself(uhhhhhhhhh)

2day ..did cardio ..15 mins treadmill ,tried high intensity ..abs 15 20 mins ..cycle 15 mins ...elliptical 10 mins ..weight at the end of session without the last batch of drinking water ..76.72(wowww)

did the legs ...weights arnd 50 kg (w/o bar) squats ...weight at the end of session 77.04(uhhh)....also 15 mins cardio (tried hiit, 1 cycle 60 70 80 90 100, 1 min on 1 min off)...was pretty ****ed up by the end

How about some more details bro?

Trust me, you'll like it more when you look back at your first posts a few months from now - and be able to SEE that you've made a 20lb gain here, and a 20lb fat loss here, etc, etc..

And maybe we can help ya out better with diet and what not..

Just an idea - you're doing good though, doing SOMETHING is soo much better than doing NOTHING.

2day sunday ..np wrpkout ..though i had planned to run a bit ...also the doet was npt so gud ..i m really having second thoughts on cheat diets , i feel they negate the achievements of the week ..next week on wards i wont 'cheat' much

i did my shoulders and biceps ...weight at the end 77.86(no cheats frm next week)....i have xams cuming up soon ..i ll keep a detailed account frm 16 september ...frm what what i eat to exactly what weight i used for all the sets ..

the ****ing midsems kept away frm my fat loss goal ..for like ten days ..but now i m back ...i ll have a more detailed log and have my self measured regularly ...i guess the mid sems took their toll on ma helath as i already feel a bit fatty ...neways i gotta get ma six pack before the big mother****er 'the endsems'...and surprise ma ppl back home with my transformation ...

Hey bro, if ya gained weight when ya weren't working out - then ya might want to check your diet.

I know I can stop working out competely and still slowly lose weight, just because of my diet.

today i did my legs and biceps ... for legs

squats 4 sets ..25 kg *12, 35 kg *12, 55 kg *9, 75 kg*6

seated curls 3 sets
leg press .. 3 sets
hamstring curls 3 sets , 25 kgs
leg press calf raises 3 sets

biceps
standing e z curl 27 kg * 12 , 32 kg * 8 , 32 kg * 6
dumbell 12.5 kg * 10 , 15 kg * 6 reps
precher curl 20 kgs * 10 ...2 sets
two arm high cable curl 20 kg * 10 * 2 sets

Rock on man - my fitday log is perfect for you to check out then.

Check out some morningstar stuff in the frozen goods - like their chicken strip meal starters, and their sausage patties. Those are amazing sources of protein.

Cottage cheese rocks, and fat free cheese also...
and green veggies!

You look like you're doing good.

today was cardio day

20 mins high intensity cardio

20 mins abs ( hanging leg raises , knee raises ...etc )

wasnt feeling gud 2day ..so did not do the last 20 mins cardio as plannned

weight at the end was 77.46

i shall post all my measurements tommorow
