Hey dudes im starting cutting so please rate my diet and training: Im currently 12.6% bf can i get my bf down to 10 or bout 9% in 3months with this diet and routine?

Men: BMR = 66 + (13.7 X wt in 80 kg) + (5 X ht in 181 cm) - (6.8 X age in 19 years)
x 1.725(hard exercise) = 3342cals - 500 for cutting = 2842cals.

6.00am Meal 1: 60g rolled oats with water
Protien: 6.4g Carbs: 36.6g Fat: 4.8g Cals: 230
2 Scoops Whey Pro Elite 80
Protien: 48g Carbs: 5.4g Fat: 1.7g Cals:240

9.00am Meal 2: 200g Springwater Tuna
Protien: 51g Carbs: 0g Fat: 0g Cals: 224
Tub of Mixed Salad (tomato,cuccumber,lettace, bok choi, brokoli)
Protien, Carbs, Fat, Cals: dont know

12.30pm Meal 3: 200g Skinless Chicken Breast (boiled)
Protien, Carbs, Fat, Cals: dont know
Tub of Mixed Salad (tomato,cuccumber,lettace, bok choi, brokoli)

4.30pm Meal 4:Protien Shake 1 scoop blendered with 3 eggwhites and 30g oats
Protien: 30.7g Carbs: 21.2g Fat: 4.1g Cals: 244

6.30pm Meal 5: 200g Skinless Chicken Breast (boiled)
Protien, Carbs, Fat, Cals: dont know
Tub of Mixed Salad (tomato,cuccumber,lettace, bok choi, brokoli)

1 protien shake:
Protien: 24g Carbs: 2.7g Fat: 1.7g Cals:112

8.30pm Meal 6: 200g Springwater Tuna
Protien: 51g Carbs: 0g Fat: 0g Cals: 224
Tub of Mixed Salad (tomato,cuccumber,lettace, bok choi, brokoli)

Total so far:
Protien: 163.1g protien + (how much protien in 400g chickenbreast and vegetables)
Carbs: 65.9g
Fats: 12.3g
Cals: 1294 + calories in the vegetables and chicken breast im hoping that would hit 2400 cals or higher.

Workout:
Monday: back/biceps
Tuesday: Cardio 1hr 30min running then 30min cardio bike + abs
Wednesday: Shoulders
Thursday: Cardio HIIT on bike + abs
Friday: Chest/Triceps
Saturday: Legs + 15min cardio on bike
Sunday: Cardio 1hr 30min running then 30min cardio bike + abs
