I've just signed on today. Back in April 2007, I started working out. Also started trying to eat right. I've come from 296lbs to 270. For some reason I can't seem to get out of the 270's. I have added weightlifting to my exercise. I've increased my cardio by joining a spinning class. I can see the difference in my legs shoulders and chest but I am still struggling with the belly fat. I've been trying to get some opinions on fat burners like Lypo 6 and fish oil. Are supplements or fat burners the right way to go?
