Cook your meat or fish in a non-stick pan.
Take it off and put it on a hot plate.
Pour some cream into the pan and stir it around to mix with the meat juice.
As soon as it starts to bubble, add some crumbled blue cheese.
Stir again.
As soon as it's smooth, pour over your meat.

That's it. It takes 30 seconds, can be adjusted to fit your macros, and costs a fortune in a fancy restaurant.

Aaaaah, this is my staple steak sauce and its absolutely de-flippin-licious, especially with a pile of mushrooms thrown in :D

I can't claim credit, I copied it off some cookery programme.

does heavy cream knock you out of ketosis?

Very rarely. Most people find it works well on keto.

I bought heavy cream for the first time tonight. I was hesitant at first but i actually do the like the flavor of it alone, and now i have protein pudding!

Eileen you are constant source of ideas and help to everyone. And i have been looking for this type of recipe for about a month now. THANK YOU!
