How does this breakfast look?

3 eggs
1/4 cup of cheese
55 grams of protein
1 banana
8oz OJ
and a yogurt

Total nutrients:

100g Protein
60g Carbs
30g Fat

Is that a pretty good breakfast if I'm trying to build lean muscle mass?

Seems like a lot to me for 148lb. Assuming you are going to eat 6-8 times/day for bulking (8 would be better), and breakfast is a higher-calorie meal, that would equate to 4000-5000 kcal/day? Do you really need that much? When you you lift?

Assuming that your nutrient calculations are correct, your meal would approximately be 910 Calories (100 x 4 + 60 x 4 + 30 x 9)

I realize you're bulking, but if it were me, I'd spread out some of those calories. After all, you do have 6-8 meals you'll be eating :)

Well the rest of my meal plan looks something like this...

For lunch I'm going to eat:
A can of tuna with Mayo and relish, an apple, a cup of cottage cheese and a glass of milk
70 grams of protein, 20 carbs and about 25 grams of fat totalling about 560 calories

Dinner is going to be:
6oz Chicken, vegetables and water w/ protein powder
65 grams of protein, 25 carbs and maybe a gram of fat, totalling 368 calories

I work out after dinner usually so after work out I'll just take more protein and 1/2 cup of oats
52 grams of protein, 7 Carbs, 6 gram of fat, 284 calories

I'm also drinking about a gallon of water a day or at least trying

So in a day that'll put me at:

287 grams of protein, 112 grams of carbs, 62 grams of fat and about 2092 calories but I'm sure I'll sneak in some snacks to boost my calories up to something more like 2300 which would be better.

and I'm trying to run 3 miles 4 days a week and practicing break dancing for at least 30 mins a day plus my usual hour at the gym of lifting and stretching.


but that adds up to a low calorie count so what do you suggest I add to it?

i think u should take it easy on the cheese. also, oj can be pretty bad so watch out for it
