meal 1:
-8 oz. lean beef (93% lean)
-3 fish oil caps
-1/2 cup green beans
-1.5ml sesathin
meal 2:
-8 oz. lean beef (93% lean)
-1/2 cup green beans
-1.5ml sesathin
meal 3: (pwo)
-2 scoops whey protein
meal 4:
-6 oz. chicken breast
-3 fish oil caps
-1.5ml sesathin
meal 5:
-6 oz. chicken breast
-3 fish oil caps
-1.5ml sesathin
meal 6:
-1.5 scoops egg white protein powder
-1 fish oil cap

eca stack/sesathin/whey/fish oil

i will be following this meal plan mon-fri, sat and sun will be my carb up part of diet
i will also have my weekly cheat meal or 2 during this time also
i will be carbing up with mostly oatmeal other than my cheat meal

mon-chest,abs,cardio (1 hour treadmill)
tue-back,traps,cardio (1 hour mill)
thur-delts,tri's,cardio (1 hour efx)
fri-bi's,abs,cardio (1 hour efx)
sat-morning fasted cardio (1.5 hours efx/mill) (carb up day)
sun-rest (carb up day end sun night at 12 midnight)

Not enough fat. You need a lot of fat on that diet....

Try posting this on the Keto forum, or better yet, C-K-D.com. You will get a lot more help over there from Bouncer and Co.

Yup, more fat and you need some dextrose in your post wo shake. 15-30g worth.

how much more is needed...im not really into eating all that saturated sludge like cheese and bacon and dressings...i want to keep it clean...i throw in a tbsp. of flax oil somwhere maybe a tbsp of olive oil as well...how does that sound...that should be an additional 28g of efa's...thanks

go into the keto sub-forum and read the stickies. YOu dont have to eat bacon and other crap to get fats. Olive oil, almonds, etc.

Ugh.. You gotta have carbs pre & postworkout, if even just a little bit. You also might wanna take this to the keto forum, there's a bunch of guys starving themselves there who will be happy to critique :)

you dont know how much fat is needed?!? i mean i have never done a keto diet, dont plan on doing one, and i still know you need 1g/lb of protein (not much more if possible) and the rest fat

also since when does fat = saturated fat? keto diets work best with unsaturated fats
