okay tomorro im going to start my ergomax lmg cycle

this is how it looks

supplments along with it, im going to stop taking creatine today so my weight will proble go down a couple pounds or stay the same for a while, im taking 2 fish caps in the mourning and at night, proble a multivitamine at mourning and one at night

ill post my weight and how my routine improves, every week i experiance increases in reps and or weight for all my exersizes so with ergomax i expect to get twice to 3 times the gains i make usualy, im also hoping to get up to about 200 pounds in body weight.

ill post my diet and routine, some exersizes have just been added because im going to increase the volume since i wont have to worry to much about over training

at the end of the cyle ill post befor and after pictures as well

day 1:
just got back from the gym and handled the increased volume fine, everything was up but only a bit more then expected. Today was my back day and my dead lifts where 72*10 last week now 75*10, also did 80*6 on the 3rd set, a nice improvement but nothing that couldnt be achieived naturally, its proble to early to start seeing anything

ive been thirsty all day and drinking alot of water my weight now at 9:23pm is 183 pounds, or 83 kilos. Overall ive been feeling very energetic and i notice my anxiety is at ease and i have a general sense of increased well being.

I am guessing that by using redback protein you are in Australia. If so did you have any trouble getting the ergomax through customs?

indeed i am, altho i dont use redback anymore i found an australian company that sells bulk protein at $14.50 per kilo when you get 20kgs but anyway there was no problem but i suspect that as soon as they find out about it they will stop it aust customs is tight ass

day 2 - no gym today when i woke up i was 83 kgs or 183 pounds
thats an increase of 1kilo from waking up yesterday

dont feel much different today, im alot more hungry and about as sore as i would of expected to be from last nights workout.

last nights gym workout was very productive, ive had a platue on the bench for quite a while and smashed it last night
last week i was doing 70x11 70x10
last night i did 72.5x10 75x10 80x6
felt very energetic and really wanted to get into the gym and lift,
ive been eating likea horse besides today becahse uni and work is making it difficult to get all the calories i need in, my weight has been going up and down from day to day but i woke up at 83kgs today, and yesterday it was 82.5, day befor that it was 83 again, but last week it was 81
so id say i am putting on some muscle my traps feel alot fuller now after the deads i did on monday

this ergomax stuff is great i wish i had bought more of it

when i write i alternate between writing kilos and pounds, i like to write pounds because most of the people here are american.

what would you recomend changed in my diet ? i just picked the foods i eat beacuse they are calorie dense and very very easy to prepair, i dont like cooking like a bitch for 4 hrs a day, id rather just pour some oatmeal into a bowl and eat tuna out of a can...

hmm well to continue with my log its day 6 and im 185 pounds, today and 2morro will be no gym days.
one of the things i really like about ergomax is its effect on my mental state, i always have problems with feeling anxious but ergomax has this really nice calming effect on me. when ever i go into the gym i just wana lift hardcore.. im loving it so far

its day 7 today and i had a big day at uni n was tired, couldnt eat properly as well so i did heps less volume, my deads were up to 80*10 82*7 85*5. a very nice gain indeed, however my neck was bothering me a bit the past couple of days and it got really sore by the end of the workout, i have a problem with my neck sometimes, if its not 100% by wensday ill haveto abort the cycle early because it take a good 1 to 2 weeks of no training for my neck to get better, sigh

yea this stuff is really great i really really wana finish this cycle i think ill just take it really easy and not goto the gym friday and wensday and hope it gets better that quick

day 8, weight stuck at 185, im finding it mentally tough to eat all i need to, i didnt notice as much as increase of labido as the other guys, proble because of the antidepresants im on

finally got past been 84kgs, i woke up at 85 kgs today :D or 187 pounds, its only the 9th day and im up 8 pounds, thats almost a pound a day! a big reason why i wanted to do something like this that was a aas/prohormone was to just speed up the process of bulking up, everyone says you should use these compounds to push past your genetics but i feel its great just to use them to get to your natural peak quicker because i have no intentions of been a 250 pound ripped freak, just 200 and ripped which would b very big at my height. anyways last night i got my girlfirend to rub my neck and put deep heat on it and i woke up and its feeling alot better, i think ill have to miss tonights gym session which is chest :(, hopefully ill be back in on friday, i think ill continue with the cycle and hope the neck pain is gone in the next couple days. im really wishing i had bought more then 2 bottles of this stuff

If I were you I would add some more meat into your diet. Chicken, steak, ect. Just throw some chicken breasts in a ziplock bag with some marinade in the a.m. and at night just take it out and bake it and throw it on a big salad with some other veggies.

Make some stir fry by slicing some beef really thin (when frozen works best) and fry it up in a bit of oil, toss in some veggies (frozen if you can't bring yourself to cut up fresh veggies) and have it over some brown rice.

Make a ton of any meal you're making so you can bring the extra the next day to work/school.

You Aussies must have access to some great S. Asian fruits as well. Toss down some lychees, mangos, durian (if you get past the smell :) ), jack fruit and mangosteins and your body will love you.

And nice log BTW. For your neck go to a Chinese grocery store and pick up some "white flower" oil and have your gf rub it in at night before bed. It works wonders.

yea ill let you know how much my bench increases :) im using the big 3 to judge how much strength i make (bench, squats and deads)

yea my diet could use alot of improvement, i dont really stick to it religeously actully quite poorly so i still manage to get in alot of different meats like red meat and chicken, tuna etc..

ithink ill have to go tryn get some of that white flower oil,anything so i can get back into it, i hate not been able to get in the gym

woot 188 pounds today or 85.5 kgs my neck is alot better today but i know if i go into the gym and get under that bench the pain is going to flare up again. i figured out why i get the pains, its because i push my neck into the bench to cheat when im benching :P well looks like ill need to change my form to avoid injury, since my neck is still a bit messed up im going to take 10 mg a day instead of 20 untill im back which should definatly be by monday by the lastest

Hey myPecsRbigger, how about putting a thick towel under your back from
the neck down to butt. It'll raise your body up about 1/4'' to 1/2 '' overall, but keep your head that much lower and it just might be enough height to keep you from using your head to help you lift ?

You're right though , you might have to retrain yourself into using better
technique, which would be the best way ....

got back into teh gym today, ive been itching to get back :)
my neck was pretty sweet this mourning a tiny bit of discomfort but nothing to bad so i thought **** it, i did bits of my wensday and friday workout to make up for missing out on wensday, on bench i did 80x10 82x6 85x4, last week i did 72x11 75x10 80x6, i also did squat this week it was 95x10 100x8 105x5 thats about 10 pounds up on bench and 20 pounds for squats in one week :) never thought id be doing that much weight on the squats untill mabey the end of this year. next week hopefully i can get up to 115 kgs

my weight htis mourning is still 188 pounds, wasnt really eating properly yesterday tho, my mood has been great, i noticed tho when i was benching my joints felt very achy esp in my elbows, i dont usually experiance this when im benching

taking only one pill on off-days makes about as much sense as performing cunnilingus on a prostitute.

it's a steroid cycle, not a workout boost. you're gaining muscle whether you lift or not (in fact, you could never TOUCH a weight on good roids and still make lbm gains)

When you bench heavy look at the bar hit your chest! Thats what I do somtimes. That way it keeps you from digging your head into the bench for extra "push" (Cheater) ;)

day 17 today i weigh 189, my gaining seems to be slowing down somewhat, perhaps i need to up the calories

my workout last night was good, altho i hadnt fully recovered from last fridays workout, so i was a bit sore and my joints were very achy
last week on bench i did 80x10 82x6 85x4
this week 85x8 87x4 90x4
i can tell in the mirror im filling out quite nicely,
sides so far - ive been getting a few bleeding noses, headaces everynow and then along with achy joints esp in teh mourning

edit - i forgot to mention that i went of creatine about 3 days ago thus the reason why i havent beeng gainging much weight is because of the water loss

interesting!! bloody noses and achey joints are generally signs of being dried out (superdr0l is known for it) - i had no idea LMG was this dry. OR, the inherent estrogen antagonism of this methylated non-aromatizing roid is quite strong, which would also dry you up and wreck the joints for a bit. wouldnt really cause nosebleeds though...do you notice that they are more like just dry and cracked, or wet and bloody with plenty of mucus?

hmm my nosebleeds arnt dry, my nose is moist when i get them, i usually get them when im taking a ****, czu that extra pressure just sorta forces it out hehe. as for the dryness that is a possibiltiy, when i woke up this mourning i was quite suprised to see how little my weight was because the night befor i was 4 pounds heavier, i never usually loose 4 pounds in the night to water, i dont know wher the hell it all went, i did sleep for ****in ages tho, about 11 hrs i dont usually sleep that long...

You should of stayed on creatine. Why did you come off. Did you notice the achy joints when you came off? The water rentention was probably helping with that.

I'd either get back on it if that was the case or start taking Glucosamine/MSM for it.

Would you suggest taking arganine then? That can lower it, at least temporarily while he is on Ergo...

Being slightly high for 4 weeks won't really hurt you though... just make sure it does down at the end.

Yes. increase your calorie intake. This can easily be done just by swallowing a few tablespoons of olive oil during the day.

yea i think ill get back on the creatine, ive been on it for about 6 weeks already so i thought id give it up for a week, but i geuss its not really worth it if im getting the achy joints

when i stoped the creatine my joints where a bit achy but this mourning they were heps achy i geuss as more of the creatine is leaving my body so is the water retention and that is helping me with the joints, o well back to creatine it is :)

as for the bp i got mine checked and it is a bit on the high side but im not worried, plus ive always had a problem with bleeding noses cuz i have weak blood vessels in my nose, it was just worse while i was on ergomax. i think ill start taking some flax seed oil table spoons during the day to boost the cals up a bit

Another good way to get a few extra calories is flax meal in your oatmeal and night time shakes. This will also get you some added fiber too. Eating Peanut Butter on a bagel (I add a bit of honey and flax meal to mine too) is also another massive calorie snack that isn't all that filling (so you can eat even more)... drink a big glass of milk w/ that and you have around 500-600 calories.

hmmm....assuming 16oz whole milk, 2tbsp regular PB....

32g protein, ~80g high GI carbs, 37g fat (13g saturated) = 800cals (of course, your servings could be smaller)

i guess if all you want is cals....but i'd personally shy away from that meal. stick to lower simple carbs, whole wheats and better protein sources.

olive oil is ok by itself because it wont spike insulin (at all) and helps digestion. nutritionally it isnt strong per se, but if the rest of your diet is in check, it isnt a bad way to add cals.

that's hilarious cuz i'm the exact opposite i take a scoop with the knife, then slide it off the edge onto the bagel...i do that about 5 or 6 times around the bagel(probably about 2-3 tablespoons for a half bagel!), so i get a bunch of pb in each bite-i don't care bout a pretty bagel :)

FOr bloody noses try taking more Vit C E K. Also you could try a Saline (salt) spray up your nose a few times a day that prevents mucus from drying out.

ya know reading this i feel like i'm reading my own log, pecsrbigger, your sig is basically the exact same bulking weights and dates as me....funny. not to mention i'm on day 11 of my ergomax cycle and i just quit taking creatine a couple days ago and i've been hurtin on most of my joints since. i just took a dose of my AST creatine to get back on it after reading this. it just came out of nowhere...my hip joint/right side, my shoulder joints, and my elbow joints mainly, was really bothering me today, thanx in advance if this fixes it! I was starting to wonder if it was a side of the ergomax, and it didn't even occur to me that maybe it was the creatine. hmm....do you guys think i should "load" back up tomorrow and the next couple days or should i just hop back on at standard dosing? welp, hope this works cuz i'm achin like no other right now. keep up the great log man! good luck with the ergomax! btw, i'm day 11 and up 7 lbs. Upping cals starting next monday also. i've also noticed the blood pressure rise and hawthorn berry just issn't cuttin it, i'm gettin some celery seed extract. besides that and maybe a couple odd headaches that lasted not more than an hour or so i'm gettin mad pumps and big increases in my weights at the gym...LMG is great! Got 4 more bottles after this one! :)

Haha nope sure don't! I've always been lean. I could eat candy and fats all day and LOSE weight and keep same fat %....and i know this, cuz i used to do it! Ugh, the bad ole days. But i LOVE peanut butter!! :D

Arginine products worked really well for me to reduce blood pressure. Fish oil capsules should help (14 a day). Other things are Hawthorn Berry. This should be a very dry compound since it is 5a reduced, so it should be quite androgenic which causes high BP.

hey nathan thanks for ur insight, imo i think you should go back on the creatine, when i started taking it again my joint pain went away, but only to be replaced by another pain, today i hit the gym for my legs and did my heavey squats,

4 weeks ago i was doing like 70 kgs on the squats and when i finished 10 id be dam tired, now ive been doing 105, and i guess something had to give, when i lifted the 105 of the rack and squated down i felt this sharp pain on the upper part of my lower back, pretty much dead set in the middle of my back i passed it of and did another rep and was in agony so i staggered over to the rack and put the weight back on, i was ****ed up, my back is killing me right now, i think the injury is from my back muscles straining under the weight, my legs can take alot more then my back can, so i think im going to lay off squats possible indefinatly, ill just stick to leg press and get the back workout from deads, deads seem to be alot nicer on my back

seems this cycle is just plauged with injury, first it was my neck then achy joints now this back problem, when i goto the gym on monday ill proble be just doing bicep and tricep curls, hopefully my back should be better soon, i proble wont b dead lifting or squating for a while thats for sure

The sheer amount of caps you have to take for EFAs to be effective (anything from fish oil, flax oil, to CLA) is why I would not reccomend them. Get pure oils, an oil blend, or in the case of flax, pure flax seeds. Look up Udo's Oil for a good oil blend. I like just buying pure flax seeds, putting them in a coffee grinder, and adding about 1/4th cup of them to my protein shakes (the ones Im using as MRPs, I dont put it in a PWO shake). 1/4th cup of flax seeds = 1 tbsp flax oil = 14-16g fat = 14-16 capsules if you are taking it in cap form.

Anywhere from 16g-64g a day of EFAs is good. Only taking like 3g a day in cap form isn't really effective.

gee....could also be the 26lbs of weight gained the last 3 months....which is almost a 16% bodyweight gain.

gee....could also be the 26lbs of weight gained the last 3 months....which is almost a 16% bodyweight gain.

haha yea guess im a bit greedy with gains :)

well its day 21 and today i woke up at 194 but i think tomorro it wont b so high becuase after breakfast i needed to do a massive ****, so theres proble a pound or 2 there :)

i havent been to the gym in a while, today will be my first day back since my back injury which is alot better now, i think ill even be able to do pull ups but def no deads today :(

ive been having problems with my pct as well, ive got a bottle of 6-oxo but i ordered rebound xt for pct but customs seized it because it has some cheimcal in it that is banned, because i was so surei was going to get my pct i didnt bother waiting to get it to start teh cylce, now i have no good pct and i need to find one, id love to get some nolva but living in australia makes it hard with customs

day 24 weight 194
the gains have slowed down considerably, if i had bought more then 2 bottles i would have run the cycle
week 1 and 2 10 mg
week 3 and 4 20 mg
jsut to keep the gains moving along like in the first 2 weeks, i did my chest last night and did a good work out the improvements in bench 85*9 87*6 and 90*4 last week it was 85*8 87*4 90*4
i seem to be leaning out somewhat as well, i think part of the problem im not gianing more weight is because my eating has slowed down, its relaly difficult latley as university gets difficult and i need time to do assignments, going to class and going to work

next time i do an ergomax cycle ill proble do it when im on my holidays

day 26 nearing the end of my cycle
my weight today was 195 up 16 pounds since i first started ergomax, todays a day off at the gym, the bleeding noses have stopped i think in part because the air is not as dry as it was last week, ive had a few headaces duringthe cycle but nothing intense of constant, i notice on this stuff that my lower back is always sore even when im not doing dead lifts, my joints feel all achy when im doing heavey lifts as well

i got back on the squat last night and just took it easy, im going to do a lower weight but go down futher, befor i was doing a 1/4 squat or a bit more then a 1/4 now i go past parrell almost ASG, i did 100kgs last night but only did 6 reps

keep it up man....just a few more days! how many bottles did you end up getting? i've got 4 more bottles, 9 more days on this cycle and i'm already looking forward to my next cycle later on this year. this stuff is great. nice log!

today i weigh 196, i was surprised by this weigh gain, i think its just some water or food from last night ill proble go back down to 195 tomorro, i measured by arms last night and ive put 1/2 an inch on them since i started, beofore ergomax they were about 14 inches now ther 14.5, ive been wanting to get bigger arms for ages being an eco its always a lagging body part but my chest and back always grow easily. my girlfirend noticed some stretch marks on my butt so i guess thats been growing bcos of the heavey squats, the improvement in the squats was the most crazy thing on this cycle so much so that it injured me i put on about 60 pounds

my bench has gone up about 30 pounds
befor i did ergomax i was doing 2 sets at 158 last workout i did 3 sets 187x9 191x6 198x4

i only bought 2 bottles of this stuff, but im not worried cus i think another company is going to make the identical product and when they do ill just buy like 6 bottles before it gets banned

hmm they seem to jump up, id stay at a weight then id just gain more
however towards the end of the cycle the jumps in weight gain slowed down as you can see from my log so did my gains in strength on bench etc
should b interesting to see how much i keep during pct

u shouuld be gaining more then that mabey ur diets not up to scratch ? post ur stats n ur diet

It's funny how some people react so differently to PH's. A friend of mine only gained 6 pounds of bodyweight on his cycle; however, he gained over 35 pounds on his bench press. This was his first ever PH cycle, and yes, he ate like a mother and he is not an ectomorph.

It's weird becuase I gained 3.6 pounds in 2 days but 5lbs total. I don't really keep track of my diet but I eat enough and make sure to get 230 grams protein each day.

i still have 5 pills left so i must of forgotten to take a few lol or messed up where i was in the cycle

anyways
last night was an awesome work out i reached 100kgs on dead lifts and did 6 reps on my 3rd set
last week i only did 92 kgs for 4 reps on the last set

my weight today was 194, i lost some weight because i havent been eating right latley, ill proble start a cut during pct because im getting a bit of a gut

I'd think twice about that...Probably should keep those calories high pct to make sure you keep those gains. Ergo may be different and not as suppressive, but many have lost their grains by cutting right after a cycle. Why take the risk? I think it would be best to wait till you're sure your natural T production is back to normal before you cut those calories.

I agree. Also during PCT you're fighting cortisol which will only increase if you cut during PCT. You need those calories high while you're recovering. Start your cut after PCT is finished.

Go for above 3k to help stave off the cortisol. You might want to look into DS's cortisol product, it's gotten very good reviews. If I were you, I'd shoot for 3,300-3,600 cal. Make sure those are clean cal.s and then do a cut after PCT.

last day of ergomax :(

ok its the last day of ergomax now and i weigh 194, im trying to keep calories high but its a real pain in the arse, ive been bulking for so long now it seems im looking foward to a cut so i dont have to stuff my self every 3 hrs and goto the shops to buy new food all the time.

Summary of the bulk, this has been a great first experiance with a hormonal supplements like i said before if i could buy more i would, hopefully max lmg will be just as good or better.

last week i was benching 85*9 87*6 90*4 this week i did 87*9 90*4 92*3

all my lifts have improved as following during the cycle
bench
went from 70x11 70x10 to 87*9 90*4 92*#
squat
from 75*11 80*10 to 95*10 100*8 105*5
dead lift
from 70x10 72x10 to 92x9 95x10 100x6

now i begin pct ill try and keep my calories high like everyone said, hopefully i wont loose tomuch strength and weight

pct begins my weight has been going down and down and i dont know why, i have been eating resonably good i shouldnt be in a calorie deficit but it seems like its mostly fat because my gut looks smaller

today i weighed 190
im so far feeling pretty good

day 3 of pct
feeling pretty good, a little anxious but i think thats mainly due to the stilknox im prescribed at the moment

my lifts on the first day of pct still went up proble due to residue stuff from the ergomax, ive uped my creatine to 10 grams a day, 5 in the mourning 5 at night, my weight actully jumped back up when i started doing this my weight returned to 196 which is where it is now, so so far with the creatine i havent lost any weight yet :)
next week ill proble start cutting

If I were you I'd wait until I finished PCT to help keep most of the gains! Cutting right after a cycle just seems stupid(no offense) to me but whatever floats your boat! ;)
