Wisk 3 eggs (and added egg whites if wanted). During that time, melt 0.5tbs butter in a frying pan. Also cut in pieces about 1oz of bleu cheese. Fry the whole thing in the butter and add black pepper corns (not a small ground but rather rough Italian style chunks).

With those quantities, the bleu is not overwhelming. It's more of a subtle salty/creamy taste added to the eggs.
