View Full Version : Getting that six pack, Tman's Journal to getting ripped

I am about to start back up on a cut, and my ultimate goal is to get a six pack/abs. I will be updating this thread tomorrow with my weight and all that to start, and I will be weighing in each week for recording purposes. I will mainly be using the mirror to track my weight loss.

To help me stay on this, I will be making this thread my homepage. I really could use some people to help me stay motivated, and I will rep you, for what it's worth.

My macros will be like this generally- 190g protein/190g carbs/60g fat.

Workout Schedule-
Monday- Biceps and back
Tuesday- Cardio and abs
Wednesday- Chests and Triceps
Thursday- Cardio and abs
Friday- Legs and Shoulders
Saturday- Light Cardio (10-15 mins or so at an average pace)
Sunday- Rest

Just now woke up and weighed myself on the scale. It says 227.0 lbs, the highest ever in my life. It also said 37.5% Bodyfat, but I do not think that's right. All I know is that I have a lot of work to do.

I am the same weight as you and are going to be following you as i do the same thing. Not a race or anything but it will b interesting to see how we both do

Just got done working out back and biceps. Gonna go make up a quick post-workout meal.

Feeling good so far, those muffins in the kitchen are looking awfully good right now though. :(
