20g flaxmeal
2 eggs
10g flavourless soy protein (could use whey too, i guess, but mine isn't flavourless)
5ml olive oil

It still gave a muffin-like texture, but was less moist than when prepared without the whey. It was more firm too : i could actually slice it thin and spead some pb on it. (Slices were small but one could triple the recipe or so and it would give a normal size loaf)

And the macros where more what i was looking for : half of this recipe gives 159 calories, 12.7g of protein and 3.7g of carbs, including fiber. That's 32% protein instead of the 18% found in Eileen's.

Note: I made this recipe using 30g whey and it worked well.
