10g 99% chocolate,
Small amount of very strong coffee
Sweetener
egg yolk
2 tsp cocoa.
50-100g sour cream

Melt the chocolate in the coffee, add the sweetener and leave to cool.
Mix the egg yolk and cocoa, stir in the coffee mixture and stir or whisk till smooth.
Fold in the sour cream (you could use any kind, but sour cream was what I had handy)
Divide into two and chill.

Yeah, I was wondering the same thing. Since this is my first week I have been very careful to stay as close to zero carbs as possible. The only carbs I get are from eggs.

Very small amounts, most of which is fibre. Lots of fat, small amount of protein.

100g of chocolate had 571 cals, 14.7g of protein, 53.2g of fat, 8.4g of carbs of which 6g is fibre.

Eileen where do you get the 99% from?

I bought 100% cocoa chocolate which states that per 28g there are 8g carbs and 4g fibre (4 net). This is not bad at all, but your kind seems much better.

I used to buy 99% Lindt from Shopper's Drug Mart all the time but lately they haven't been stocking it. :(

I bought Bakers chocolate and it 100% cocoa.

14g is 70 calories 7g fat 2g protein and 4g carb (not taking into account the 2g fiber)

7g fat, 2g protein and 4g carbs add up to 87 calories. Something wrong there.

If any of your local shops stock Lindt, ask them to get in the 99% stuff. It's just a matter of ordering it. My local supermarket got some because I asked them and then were surprised how many people bought it.

Yeah, now that you mention it...there calculation is off. The box says total fat 7g and calorie 60 calories from fat but 7 times 9 is 63. This is a Kraft product...I would think they would have proofreaders.

Good catch Eileen

99% Dark is some extremely bitter stuff.

D_Sade reviewed the lindt stuff on M&M

True, but that's part of the attraction. It's a serious chocolate hit, but without the sugar rush or binge factor. Coffee is bitter too, but most of us love a good expresso.
