i have a pre-bed meal left today but 800 calories to fill with protein/carbs/ and fats?
would it be better to have just a small protein/fat meal to avoid fat gain or would it not matter because i hadn't eaten the calories earlier in the day?

you're so freakin tall, eat 1600 calories and dont worry about fat gain. you need to gain any kind of weight man.

250g cottage cheese

500 cal
45g protein
23g fat
23g carbs

eat the meal and next time have those calories earlier in the day, no harm at all.
