Here's a good thread that Luski16 started awhile back on examples of bulking diets and so forth:

At your height and weight, you have to eat. And then eat some more. Start out on a 3,400 calorie diet for a week. Set up a solid routine that you can follow to hit the weights hard and heavy. Check out this great thread started in the workout programs section to establish a solid routine :
After one week of training hard and eating 3,400 cals a day, if you don't gain atleast 1 lb., than you have to adjust accordingly by raising the calories. Simple as that. Eat plenty of clean foods on your bulking diet, and shy away from refined and fried foods. Make sure you include VARIETY as well, as that is one key component in a sound nutritional program. Eat every 2-3 hours to encourage an anabolic atmosphere. Read up up on clean foods to include in your diet : http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/stella9.htm
Hope this helps bro!
