I have been cleaning up my diet and doing my cardio on a strict routine recently and have had very good fat loss results. I want to switch to a keto diet and I mainly have the diet planned except for the carb up day. What would a typical carb up day's meal plan look like?

personally just eat whatever u want to! but dont go too balls out...i have been doing that and have still kept losing the fat!

how about your fat intake during your carbup days ? should you cut down on the fat while doing the carbup days ?
i usually take in 620 g carbs during the 1st 24 hours then 320 g during the last 12 hours. Is that a good idea ? its seems alot but i read it somewhere its 4x your bodyweight (btw i weigh 150 lbs) and your 2nd day is half of that.

I go 60% carbs, 30% protein, 10% fat.
