What kind of job do you have (or are you a student?) that you can eat every 1 or 2 hours? That's a lot of meals...

I think your serious bulk will make your waistline and stomach like bit**in!

You'll put on some bulk, but it seems like quite a bit of it might be fat.

Avoid corn flakes (high fructose corn syrup, trace fiber) and OJ (no fiber, very concentrated source of calories and not ideal for breakfast). Check the yogurt for high fructose corn syrup as well - most yogurts are loaded with added sugar. Bacon isn't very healthy at all, neither is ice cream. I think the honey is fine for pwo, though.

Should i change the cereal in the morning for porridge???

Do you think I should have fewer meals???

and finally i sometimes have chocolate and other simple sugars before and after exercise, i heard that post workout is the best time to have simple sugars. What do you think?

Thnx.

Is this a diet?

1. too much bread. Up your calories through quality low GI carbs and more protein.
2. Not enough veg.
3. Avoid fruitjuice. Empty calories
4. Ice cream? BWHAHAHAHAHA.
5. Energy drink should be used during your workout. Rather get some solid protein and some decent carbs through a meal before your workout.

yeah im a student at the moment, but i want to eat less meals than I currently am.
I had porridge with linseeds, cimamen and a banana today to combine breakfast with what i usually have mid-morning.
I need to change my eating habbits around a bit as i won't be a student forever.

thnx.

How's this for a revised daily diet.

8am
- Porridge with cinamen, linseeds and a banana
- 2 eggs on toast
- Orange Juice

12pm
- Pasta with sauce + chicken + salad (lettuce)
- Raisins

2pm
- Pint of weight gain mixed with low-fat ice cream, milk protein + honey
- Crunchy peanut butter and bacon sandwich

5pm
- Jacket potato with tuna + sweetcorn + low-fat mayonaisse

8pm
- 2 chicken breasts with rice + veg (brocolli + peas)

10pm
- protein shake
- honey roasted peanuts
- cheese and crackers (water biscuits)

Is that any better???
