View Full Version : My Cutting Log - Bulking for 4 months

Hi all, I've been bulking for 4 months like hell. I've been eating, resting and working out like hell...

I started off with 13% BF and gained 20 pounds. I got up to 14.6% BF. I'm 175 lbs now. I gained real good muscle mass... I'm now trying to trim up to 10% BF with minimal muscle loss.

- I'll cut 200-250 calories.
- I won't eat junk food, fast food.
- I won't drink coke, alcohol.
- I'll add 2 cardio sessions everyday to my program. Both 30 minutes.
- I'll take Animal Pak, fish oil, whey and casein protein, creatine and bunch of BCAA's.
- My lifting schedule won't change. (6 day split)

GOALS:
1) I want my abs to show.
2) I want to show some vascularity.

August 18th:

I just woke up. It's 9.30 here. I took an L-Carnitine pill and drank a whey protein shake. I'll do a 30-minute cardio session now. Then eat some oats for breakfast and take my Animal Pak.

You sure you don't want to throw in HIIT in your program instead of an hour of cardio a day?

I mean HIIT by cardio. The only problem is, I do it on the treadmill. How else can I do HIIT?

Btw, I just got back from the gym. I had the most intense leg workout. I don't think I'll be able to walk again for 2 days. :D I drank my BCAA shake and whey protein afterwards. Now I'm looking for a low-fat decent, delicious meal.

I just had a great night. It's 00:30 am here. I had 4 beers. That wasn't exactly in my diet but i guess it's okay. See you tomorrow. :) I'll start the day with a nice cardio session.

August 19th:

I'm back from the gym. Today was my chest day. It was an intense workout. I drank my BCAA powder and whey protein. Had a cheese-sandwich afterwards. I'm feeling good. I feel like I've burnt a lot of fat since I've started cutting. hehe
