It's overdue for me to make one of these.

History: My parents taught me nothing about eating right, both my mom and my dad are pretty overweight. Growing up I fell into the cycle of being depressed because I was fat and kept getting fatter. After moving out on my own I lost a lot of the excess weight and got a lot of encouragement from my friends and family for the change. Since then I have been working to eat better and work out till I have a body that I can truly be proud of.

Genetics and body type -
I'm 6'3" with a very wide frame, using the term big boned isn't a cop out in my case. I could never be skinny/scrawny, my choice is flabby or muscular. As best I can figure I'm almost exactly half way between mesomorph and Endomorph. Even though I'm starting this journey from being overweight I'm fairly blessed with what potential my body has

My goal -
My first goal and main focus is getting my body fat % under 15%. After that I'll reevaluate where I'm at and where I want to go. I foresee myself going for 10% or less next then start up the typical bulk/cut cycles.
