lol, kind of a vague question bud. Pizza's vary in size from place to place, as do the amount of topings they use...etc etc.

here's everyone's favorite place to go... little caesars! but here's a link on all of the pizzas at little caesars:

http://www.littlecaesars.com/menu/nutrition.asp

and to answer your question about the nutrition facts for a plain cheese pizza, like the answers before you it varies from place to place... but for little caesars plain small pizza, it would be 1440g calories, 48.8g fat, 80g protein, and 184g carbs. i would say if you're on a diet that requires you to maintain low carbs and you ABSOLUTELY have to have a pizza, don't eat the crust.

Hopefully you can just ask the place where you are getting the pizza? That picture really doesn't help in this case because ingredients/amounts vary greatly for this type of food. Maybe we could help more if we knew why you were asking the question; are you looking to make your own pizza, looking to plan bought pizza into your meal plan, cheated with some pizza, etc.?

as long as you can control how much you eat a couple slices wont kill you, just means more cans of veggies and more liver tabs for me,that and a bottle of diet coke to bloat me up so i cant eat any more:)

typically if its a thin or orginal crust it will be 250 to a tops of 450 calories per slice.

if ur looking to have it as a cheat meal.. go with 1 slice loaded with some good veggies such as broccoli.. it will fill you up, but ull still be a good dose over ur calories..

have it as ur cheat meal and resume on with ur diet like always! enjoy ur pizza and continue ur diet to the next appropriate meal .. the only thing you can really do

but 1 slice nealy yields prob 400-500 cals if ur looking for one of those big slices like that.. a normal thinner slice prob 300-400 like from little caessars, pizza hut, or local pizza factory

still dont understand the 10g of protein just from cheese.. seems a damn bit high IMO
