After caving on Keto due to ENORMOUS amounts of fat needed i have come here.

Suppliments : Creatine (Loading Phase 4 times daily)
no- Xplode 2 scoops before gym WELL RECCOMENDED
Nitrix 3 times daily
Vitamin C 1000mg *2 God bless Vitimin C
Centrum Multivitimin* 2 Gotta take those multis !!!!!!!!


On day 2 now
9.15 : Protein Shake + 2 tablespoons of Flax seed oil + 2 fish oil tabs
12.15: Protein Shake + 2 tablespoons of Flax seed oil + 2 fish oil tabs
3.30: Protein Shake + 2 tablespoons of Flax seed oil + 2 fish oil tabs
5.15: Protein Shake + 2 tablespoons of Flax seed oil + 2 fish oil tabs

Workout

9.00 Protein Shake + 2 tablespoons of Flax seed oil + 2 fish oil tabs

And that is that. Not going to do any cheat meals for 30 days well 28 now.
Way i look at it, watch people eat get it in your head what they are putting on now your losing so let them keep on eating. More women for me :D
All in the MIND
Also do HIT 2 days a week, and go for 2 mile run and 20 pushups every morning to wake up.

Suppose i can take a multi vitimin for that too...... no point eating brocolli as the whole point from what i have gathered is to have NO solid food :o
Unless i blender it doesn't sound to appealing

LOL I agree, I think what alot of people do is just use flax seeds, that way you get fiber and oil at the same time (they are pretty high in fat) But they are NASTY! I am going to get a fiber supp instead as well and add oil like you are, I think it really is the way to go to keep your sanity, but on 0 fiber .... that may become a problem in a few days LOL

I have started and stopped the V-diet more times than I can remember--I never ofund the flax seeds to be that bad tasting--I thought it added a nice nutty flavor---however, I am thinking of doing the modified V-diet where it is all shakes and flax and then have one solid meal about 90 minutes PWO
