sweet day
whey shake w 1egg and 1 white,1/2 cup oatmeal with skim milk
chicken,roo,broch mix
can tuna w vinegar
1 lamb shank and 3 tblasp peanut butter (over did this but was pretty hungry and the shank didnt cut it)
small handfull almonds and glass of milk b4 bed

20 mins eliptical - 205 cals
smith machine bench
90kg *8
60kg (drop set,repped out 2 failure)
tricep kicks
10pound db's
pec deck
3*8 (failed last rep last set)
stationary bike 25 mins - 220 cals

lats a bit sore from yesterday,lifted hard -happy with that
needed to do 1-2 more exercises today but benching just ripped my chest and energy doing the 6-8 then 1-3 rep alternates

stagnated proceedings 2day with some cheating (was my best mates birthday)
only human,but im determined not 2 cheat now on my designated day this week.
no workout

2 pies,4 slices turkish bread,handful crisps,about 5 beers and some vodka's

brought some awesome new protein powder. fusion-has 5 proteins into one.this was good coz im getting stuck on a male between afternoon and dinner, and it has caseinate,so good b4 bed
early moring lifting this moring 4 something different,and the session was good!
over head presses (lifting alot heavier!)
upright rows superset w hamercurls
lateral raises
incline curls
leg raises
chicken,kangaroo,brocholi mix
chicken and salad wrap
fusion shake w skim milk and 2 fish oil tablets
grilled fish with mash and greens
fusion skim milk shake with some olive oil

things off 2 a good start
diet can still get a little bit cleaner and i need 2 incorporate some cardio more frequently.my friend and i r going 2b running a fair bit starting monday.he is a fighter and im helping him train which is also great 4 me
did a swim yesterday but it was only 700 metres.
read an awesome article by herve duchemin about getting into "android mode"
psyched 2 get into this zone for friday friday 26th october

didn't eat much today.was really busy working allday and didn't manage to pack some lunch
fusion powder w skim milk on oatmeal (yumm!this was a sweet discovery)
steak sandwhich with brown bread and slice of low fat cheese
fusion shake with skim milk
only did bench at the gym.went with a friend and we did our maxes.
nearly got 100 kg on free barbell bench
feeling good so far,have really cleaned up the last few days and boy can i feel it. will weigh in soon 2 check.im sure i will have lost some weight

had a really good sleep and recovery waking up fresh after a long weekend,alls good.
also weighed myself this morning and am down 5 pounds in the first week.pretty stoked with this as i thought id could have eaten a bit cleaner and done more cardio,but i guess u should be working up 2 this.don't want 2 make too many gains too quickly or fast plateau will hit and this is not what i want.
1/2 cup oatmeal and skim milk with fusion powder
chicken caesar salad
fusion shake w skim milk
can tuna with balsamic
fish,potato,onion and leek casserole
fusion shake with skim milk
was post workout but prob too many carbs 4 dinner, feeling really full sitting around at night
4 sets (3 working, 1 warm up)) lat pulldown
3 hard sets t bar rows (went up 5kg)
3 sets deadlifts (went up 10 kg and did reps of 5-6)
15 mins eliptical - 140 cals

back was sore from yesterdays deadlifting and muscles a bit sore but well rested. so i decided not to train 2day,good move i reckon
timed meals almost perfectly so consequently no hunger what so ever
definetly look trimmer already

35 mins eliptical - 320 cals
5 mins skipping
no need 4 the jatz and frog.i guess i was at a friends house and they were there.not exactly a monumental cheat but gotta get tougher than that and stya in android mode
prob didn't need cuss cuss.was post workout and only small portion,but overdone on carbs a bit
feeling good and understanding my body more easily and its processing

no workout 2day was really busy
but did a swim as part of a course and got about 10 mins of skipping in though so a bit of cardio.better than nothing!

oats and fusion powder with skim milk and 2 egg whites
1/2 cup rice with veg

5 samosa's
chicken breast curry
fusion shake with skim milk
overdid the carbs and was dissapointed with the samosa's 4 dinner.i guess i wasn't sufficiently prepared with my meals so thats what happens.need 2 tighten this up in future,however very minimal damage done

no workout but had a 45 min brisk walk.tried going up a steep hill but started feeling my lungs tighten and i needed 2 cough alot so topped

also went nuts last night at work and burnt heaps of cals going flat out 7 and a half hours hard work

missed a couple of meals 2day,damn it..pretty happy i didn't end up splurging after this insulin stayed relatively under control surprisingly
had a sweet first workout in a week... felt so good!
high bran wheat bix and fusion powder with skim milk
tandoori chicken wrap
2 lamb shank with lima beans,mini brown roll,shake with skim milk
shake with skim milk and olive oil
played indoor soccer hard at lunchtime,so this burnt alot of cals,and reffereed a rugby game.
worked all sets 2 failure at gym
50 cals warm up on tredmill
upright seated chest press, 4 sets
chest dips, 3 sets
pec deck,3 sets
tricep pushdown,4 sets (both arms)2 sets (one arm),2 final sets with double drop set.
