Not overweight, but no matter what type workout regime can't get the 6-pack/V-taper or just an overall lean look. Along with a challenging workout, plus my sqadron PT days (Air Force) I plan to cut carbs to bare minimum for about 3 months. Coming up at 34, need all the help I can get. I'll sart logging my food entries so I keep motivated.

Current Program:

Sunday PM: Chest, Shoulders, 1 mile speed Run

Monday AM: 15 min. cals, 30 minute run
Monday PM: Lowerback, Hamstrings, Calves, ABs, endurance run

Tuesday PM: Bi/Tris

Wednesday AM: 15 min cals, muscle endurance

Thursday PM: Upperback, endurance run

Friday AM: 15 min cals, interval training
Friday PM: Quads, calves, abs, 1 mile speed run

Current supplements: NO-xplode, Thermoburst, Cellmass, Nitrix, Optimum 100% Whey Protien.

Current Diet:

AM Postworkout: Potien shake

Breakfast: 4 slices of turkey bacon, 3 hard bolied eggs (1 half yolk), I piece of whole wheat bread w/ peanut butter.

Mid-morning snack: Beef jerky

Lunch: 2 chicken breasts, 1 cup of cottage cheese

Afternoon snack: 1 serving of tuna

Dinner: 2 chicken breasts

PM Postworkout: Protien shake
