how does this look for my first refeed (high carb day) after a 4 day depletion

meal1:2 banannas
meal2: pwo 20 tbsp dex 1 scoop whey
meal3:3 c oats
meal4:1 cup rice (uncooked) ,4 cone sushi
meal5: 2.5c oats uncooked
meal6:2c oats

about 818g carbs , 160g protein,

5 g bcaa at each meal

No chicken, tuna, lean beef something?? 7.5C of oats a day?? DAYUM!!

It looks good, but i would still try to get some protein with each mea

It looks good, but i would still try to get some protein with each meaUuuuh yeah I read it. And just like you I am suggesting some protein. I was just saying I would hate to eat that many cups of oats. There are other sources for good carbs you know.

Cone sushi is wrapped in aburage, aka fried tofu. Not the cleanest food.
