Hello I am new to this and was wondering what you guys would think is the best way to lose fat while gaining muscle. I know the basics of eating and working out but I was wondering what you guys fell wold be best. Any advise would be very helpful. thx

Run for 30-35min a day, lift for one hour a day without taking longer that 45sec breaks between sets when lifting. And get a good diet.
