I'm going to start a bulk, which whill consist of peanuts (not all peanuts, of course :D ). We all know that peanuts contain protein which is incomplete, but should I record it in my daily protein intake for the peanuts anyway or should I not include it?

eg. say I eat 180g of protein and 20g comes from peanuts. In my journal, should I write I consume 180g of protein, or 160g?

Count it, but try and consume it with a complete protein so your body can use it

180, if your eating enough other inclomplete protiens, should make them count as complete
