am trying to bulk but i don't wanna gain too much fat, what would be a good meal before bed ( how many grams of protein and how many calories)?

I am about 130lbs, and I eat about 45g steel cut oats cooked (dry weight), 2Tbsp of natural peanut butter, and 1 cup cottage cheese mixed together with sugar free syrup every night before I go to bed. It is 510 calories and seems to hold me over for the night. Plus it tastes great.

I am bulking as well. My usual pre bed meal is 1 cup cottage cheese, 1-2 tbsp natty pb, and two servings of fruit. Sometimes I have 3/4 cup of oats instead of the fruit...depends on how I feel.

a always have an apple, and a casein shake mixed with 1% milk. this is also during my bulk phase. these are some of the best things you can have before bed
