No, I got barely any muscle...but I lift a lot more than people with a lot of muscle.

I say 14-15%BF max, the biggest reason he looks fat is because hes so thin. Its the same reason the 100 lb twigs don't have abs, their so thin that there isn't even muscle there. Gain some muscle and you will look much better personaly.

(Also I'm going by my own experience and I'm 4 inchs shorter then you and about same way and I'm only 13-14%BF and am only bigger then you)

No way that's 21% You're easily in the teens.

I'm 6'2", 265 lbs and I'm 25%. Yes, I'm a fatty. ;)

Which calipers were you using? I'm thinking of getting some.

you could be a "skinny fat person" meaning that you seem normal size and are normal weight but do to lack of muscle your size is made up of alot of fat, hence your bi's are squishy and not hard.

This is pretty much what I'm about to say. You probably don't have a lot of fat poundage-wise, but most of your body weight is made up of fat rather than muscle mass. So some light bulking will make you gain weight and some fat, but the added muscle will lower the percentage of your body weight that is made up by fat currently.

I don't think your 21%. I'd bet ~17% if I were to guess. I weigh the exact same as you and I am 6'1" and this is me at 8-9% bf...

I've been bulking for the last 2 months, and went from 165lbs to 174lbs.

I don't have the genetics for muscle build. I got that feminine thing in me...

On average, other males have bigger muscles without working out than I do.

I guess I should just eat away and lift-lift-lift nad maybe in 6 months I will be average.

I am sore every single day? I lift with a buddy, so he helps me lift more than I could lift on my own. I'm like grinding teeth there...and farting, and etc. when I lift.

What blows is that I maxed out the abs machine (160lbs of them power hammer abs exercise), maxed out the leg press (400lbs). I curl about 60lbs (both hands), and bench 110lbs. Thats not much, but a lot more than a lot of muscular guys in the gym...

That seems odd. You can curl 60lbs, but can only bench 110lbs. I bench 275lbs and can only curl 100lbs. I say, hit that bench really hard for a few weeks and see where that takes you.

Well, should I like put more effort into benching? My triceps SUCK so BAD! Should I let other muscles rest for a few weeks while benching like crazy?

NICE! OK that gave me some motivation to loose the last few pounds on my quest to ~8%

Wicked forearms. Is that from a sport or just lifting?

Being sore doesn't always equate to a good workout. I am only sore for the first week of a new routine after a one week rest. Sure I might have a little DOMS the other weeks, but not much.

Are you barbell curling 60 or hammer curling 60 pound dumbbells in each hand? I am guessing the former. Start using free weights and use slow controlled motions.

Sorry, but this is all in your head.
