for people who have lost a lotta fat ,

please post your grocery list here. Im a newbie here, ive lost 50lbs since 2003 but i did it the COMPLETELY THE WRONG WAY. from south beach to atkins to no high carb, ive finally learned something on this site.

was at 44waist 35%bf 269lb , now at 23.4% bf 220.

I need the X fat people or anyone to help me.

Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
Tuna (water packed)
Fish (salmon, seabass, halibut, sushi, mahi mahi, Orange roughi, tilapia, Sardines)
Shrimp
Extra Lean Ground Beef or Ground Round (92-96%)
Venison
Buffalo
Ostrich
Protein Powder (Whey, Casein, Soy, Egg)
Eggs
Low or Non-Fat Cottage cheese, Ricotta
Low fat or Non fat Yogurt
Ribeye Steaks or Roast
Top Round Steaks or Roast (stew meat, London broil, Stir fry)
Top Sirloin (Sirloin Top Butt)
Beef Tenderloin (filet mignon)
Top Loin (NY Strip Steak)
Flank Steak (Stir Fry, Fajitas)

I personally dont buy prepared food, I usually cook my own on the forman or in the mircrowave. If your not too concerned about the preservatives and stuff the lean crusine meals arent too bad they have about 250 cals and 7 grams of fat per dinner. As long as it falls in your calories you should be ok, but its better to do it with the clean food.

i agree, the fresher, the better....


what about sugar cravings? other than low fat and no sugar added ice cream,
does those eclairs with like 3 points (weightwatchers) and atkins mint bars ok?

If you cut sugary foods out of your diet for 3-4 weeks, you will no longer have sugar cravings.

My current options when I feel like having something sweet:
Sugar Free DaVinca Syrup in Oatmeal or Cottage Cheese
Homemade Protien Bars
Fat Free Sugar Free Jello Instant Pudding
