Heres me last winter at about 190 (35+ bf)

Now I'm down to 180 and a bit lower bf (22-25)

Just to give an idea of what my diet was like until june 18 (start of my training).

(Buy the way this until I started lifting I was eating the worst in my life)

Bfast: nothing
lunch:nothing, or 2 cookies and a chocolate milk
After school:four hot pockets a bowl of ice cream
Dinner: if we had pizza I'd eat that and thought the night I'd eat about 1/2 a pack of cookies and half a tub of ice cream. Some times I'd eat a whole pizza...

Now I don't eat any white bread, no juice, no pop, just water, lots of protein, but no junk food what so ever, all summer I've only cheated once and that was on my first vacation in 4 years, we toured the ben and jerreys factory so I had 2 scoops of ice cream, but in two months thats my only cheat.

I'm on a 5 day split, I swim lots, I started this week doing bas ruttens workout tape, I don't run that much, mainly lift, but I do different things for cardio.

I went from size 34 pants and a size l shirt hardly fitting super tight, than today I bought new jeans, size 32, fitting comfortably, and a size l shirt fitting loose, I can wear some mediums, im getting there!

I should of made this earlier, but I didn't realise there was a section like this today.

I'm going to keep this updated, and comments or ideas, cheers.
