What he said, almost might have to put a packet of splenda on the Fiber one and oats.

I like Grape Nuts, but it's probably one of those sh**ty cereals you don't like. Could it get any better? I mean, who named that cereal anyway? There aren't any grapes or nuts in it! They should have called it Barley Gravel or maybe just Dirt: the Cereal. "WOW kids, find the hidden worm!"

I eat grapenuts also, and it might as well be called brown bb's or something. I have to let the bowl sit for half an hour just so I can chew those things.

I eat Fiber One plain and dry and have no problem with the taste. Same with Oats-I'm not a big fan of eating it with all these pussy flavoring things like middle aged women on Atkins.

Food For Lifes Ezekiel cereal is descent if you have to go with a cold cereal, it is very reminiscent of the one bowl of Grape Nuts I ate as a kid.

stay away from the sugar cereals! Cheerios, Wheaties and Product 19 are on my menu. Quaker Oats with milk in a mircowave are very good to have a night too as your 6th or 7th meal with a protein shake.

I like Cinnamon Crunch Carb-Well cereal. The stuff is pretty tasty. I'll eat this stuff on the weekends for a break from the week.

I eat them too, and of course they are good.

When you eat them tomorrow, look at the nutrition info on the box ;)
