Any type of whole grain is really good for you and there are tons of different kinds you could buy

Also some whole wheat pasta on occasion is a good change of pace

rice, pasta, potatoes (sweet), couscous, lentils, chick peas, split peas, beans, bread, oats, millit, quinoa, grains etc...

I eat like veggies and oats for carbs. Sometimes a yam if I am not lazy and want to cook it. Oats are the king of carbs!
