can somebody tell me how my diet look I just about eat the same thing everyday day

Meal 1 2 pieces of whole wheat bread 6 egg whites

Meal 2 chicken with steam rice beef broccial

Meal 3 finished workout protein shake

Meal 4 6 egg whites 2 pieces whole wheat bread

Meal 5 Plate of spaghetti 1 piece of whole wheat bread this is what I have eaten so far I need more lean meat in my diet but it is a matter of money

Is this a bulking or cutting diet? It looks awfully low in calories & protein.

I am just trying to gain strength and stay as lean as possiable

try to replace some of the wheat bread with oatmeal. bread is ok, but oatmeal would be better. also, if you're trying to stay lean you'll want to cut carbs out of your last meal. and try to add a time release protein source before bed
