View Full Version : Fatigue.. Need some advice.

I always feel run down after going to the gym. I work out on average 3-5 times a week 45 mins-1hr weights/cardio. I feel good before my workout, ok during the workout but as soon as I get home I feel drained. I lay down and go to sleep for about 30-60mins. Can't stay awake to save my life. Once I wake up I feel a lot better. If I do stay awake I feel sluggish. I have tried eating before working out, eating after I workout but nothing seems to make me feel better. The only thing that seems to work is not going to the gym. If I don't go, I feel fine. Any suggestions???

It's probably diet related. Post what your typical daily diet is.

Are you getting your 8 hours of sleep? because that use to happened to me too. Also if this applies, are you test levels normal? like have you done any phs recently or anything like that?
