Hey I started a new 3 day split and i was wondering if this diet looks good for a bulk.
i work out sunday,wednesday,friday

EATING FOR WORK OUT DAYS(S/W/F):

10am- 3/4 cup of oatmeal or 1 1/2 cheerios with 10oz ff milk, 1 scoop ON whey, 1 tbspn flax, 1 tspn creatine, 1 multivitamin

11am WORKOUT: workout shake: 1 scoop ON whey with 2 tbspn gatorade

1230 PWO shake: 2 scoops ON whey, 5 tbspn gatorade

1:15- one can of tuna on 2 slices of whole wheat bread

2:55- 3 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 2 slices of ham, 2 slices of whole wheat

SCHOOL

6:15- 3 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 1 slice of ham, 1 slice of whole wheat, 8oz of ff milk, 1 tbspn of natty pb, or 2 tspn of flax

9:00-chicken breast, veggies

12:00- 1/2cup 1% cottage cheese, 1 cup ff milk, 1 tbspn natty pb, 3mg melatonin




EATING FOR NON-WORKOUT DAYS(M/T/TH/S):

10am- 3/4 cups of oatmeal or 1 1/2 cheerios with 10oz ff milk, 1 scoop ON whey, 1 tbspn flax, 1 multivitamin

12am- one can of tuna on 2 slices of whole wheat bread

2:55- 3 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 2 slices of ham, 2 slices of whole wheat

SCHOOL

6:00- 1/2 cup of oatmeal, 8oz of ff milk, ON's whey, 1 tbspn natty pb or 2 tspn flax oil

6:30- 3 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 2 slices of ham, 1 slice of whole wheat

How does this look guys? Thanks for taking a look. good/bad response are welcome.
