Hi guys, ive come to try put together a daily nutrition plan and im in need of some great help from you guys !! =).. soooo critics and pro nutrition dudes help me here! .. my goal is to loose my fat and cut/build muscle...

HERES OF WHAT I GOT SO FAR ... IM NO PRO AT THIS SO GUYS BARE WITH ME..

9:00AM - MEAL

? 1S PROTEIN
? 1X NITRIX (ON EMPTY STOMACH, 30MIN BEFORE BFAST)
? COMPLEX CARBS 4 BFAST
1. Oats (ALL KINDS), oat bran, oat bran cereal (I.E. CHEERIOS)
2. Potatoes (ALL KINDS)
3. Rice (ALL KINDS)
4. Pasta (ALL KINDS)
5. Bread (ALL KINDS EXCEPT WHITE BREAD)
6. Beans (ALL KINDS)
10:30AM
? 1S NO-XPLODE
11:00AM ? WORKOUT

11:30AM
? 1S PROTEIN
? 1S CELL-MASS


12:30PM
? 1X NITRIX (ON EMPTY STOMACH, 30MIN BEFORE LUNCH)

1:00PM - MEAL
? LEAN PROTEIN
1. Egg Whites
2. Chicken
3. Turkey
4. Beef
5. Pork
6. Tuna / Salmon / Seafood
7. Tofu
8. Whey protein powder
9. Casein protein powder
10. Essentially most any other source of protein
? TUNA?
? WATER

? PROTEIN

7:00PM ? MEAL
? LEAN PROTEIN
? WATER

? PROTEIN

You say you have a 10% BF and u still wanna cut ?? you sure?? anyway.. i don`t know what nitrix is.. i guess it`s whey protein?? as far as i coul see.. u lack in veggies.. fruits.. and fats..
prebed you want a slow digesting protein and a source of fat.. like cc + pb..
write your nutrients .. how many cals/prot/carb/fat you take each day ?

ok pump it to 20% BF i guess LOL anyway .. cant really explain nitrix in full depth but it has .. vaso-muscular volumizer .. anyway ..
so far .. approx .. CALS : 400. CARBS: 30g PROT: 75g FAT: 20g each day .. not all exact, but around there ...
