Yeah well I'm making myself a new bulking diet and have stumbled into a little problem. Should I go by 1.5g of protein, 3g of carbs and .5g of fat per pound or should I go buy lets say 45/35/20. The only reason I'm having a problem is because if im going by the 1.5xbw,3xbw and .5xbw it ends up being like 51/26/20 c/p/f which doesn't seem right. anyway I'm 5foot 7inches, weigh 120 and am using a 3 day push pull leg split. Any help would be appreciated thx.

1.5g/lb of protien is more than enough. Just go by grams. 1.5XP, 3XC etc...
